We want you to be satisfied with Transme.AI. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the Service within 14 days of subscribing, you may request a full refund, no questions asked.
3. How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund by: sending an email to hello@transme.ai; or submitting a refund request through our contact page.
We commit to responding to refund requests within 3 business days.
4. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval by our authorized payment processor. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
5. Annual Plan Refunds
For annual plans, if a refund is requested after the 14-day refund period, we will refund you on a pro-rata basis for the unused months.
6. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available in the following cases: the subscription has been active for more than 14 days on a monthly plan; accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
7. Free Trial
Cancellation during the free trial period incurs no charges. If you cancel before the trial period ends, you will not be charged.
8. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the settings page within the product, or by contacting our support team. After cancellation, you can continue to use the Service until the end of the current billing period.
9. Payment Processing
