1. Overview

Transme.AI (“the Service”) is a real-time speech translation and conversation assistance tool operated by Transme.AI (“we”, “us”, “our”). The Service uses advanced speech recognition and translation technology to help users translate conversations in real time and provide smart conversation suggestions.

Transme.AI is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Deepgram, Google, OpenRouter, or any other AI model providers. We provide a custom interface built on top of speech recognition and translation models to enhance usability and provide additional features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

3. User Obligations

When using the Service, you agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt unauthorized access to the Service's systems; interfere with other users' use of the Service; upload or transmit any malware or harmful content.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and design are the property of Transme.AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed by our authorized merchant of record and payment processor. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. Prices are subject to change, and we will notify you at least 30 days before any price changes take effect.

6. Free Trial

If you sign up for a free trial, we will begin charging you at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

7. Modification and Termination

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Translation results are for reference only and should not be used for critical decisions in medical, legal, or emergency situations.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Transme.AI and its affiliates' total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
